  1. If a current situation invokes feelings of boredom, resentfulness, or complacency it's time to make a change.
  2. Mental de-cluttering is just as important as physical de-cluttering.  
  3. Moving at a slower pace brings an immeasurable peace. Try not to rush every second of every day.
  4. There is something magical about seeing your child laugh.  Full on belly laugh.  Pure Magic.
  5. Sometimes silence is the best answer.
