  1. Sometimes you have to step away to be able to step back in.  
  2. Many times you can find your strength by wearing your heart outside of your chest. 
  3. Listen closely to the signs from your body.  These signs tell you what needs healing and what doesn't.  
  4. It may seem that it's a lot easier to live life on the surface.  But digging deep is where you find the real and genuine living. Always. 
  5. It's all about the baby steps.
